SLA 3D Printing

High-strength SLA printing with tough, clear, or flexible resins.

Complex designs with uniform material properties. Medical grade, high accuracy, fine details.

SLA printing offers precision and smooth finishes, perfect for detailed prototypes. SLA printed parts support various resins for tailored material properties, from flexibility to strength. Because it can produce highly accurate and intricate designs, SLA printing is particularly useful for making items like medical devices, dental models, and mechanical parts where exact measurements and fine details are crucial.

Popular Materials

SLA is an extremely precise 3D printing method, capable of producing layers as thin as 10 microns and achieving resolutions of 25 microns or less. With typical dimensional tolerances of ±0.005″, SLA materials ensure high accuracy. Additionally, the process can produce flexible and biocompatible parts, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.

SLS 3D Printing

High Performance with complex Geometries in Nylon

Tailor-made jigs, fixtures, and tools for manufacturing processes.

SLS printing offers precision and high-strength parts at a relatively low cost. SLS parts are produced using high-performance nylon powders, allowing for intricate designs with no need for support structures, resulting in strong, lightweight components. Ideal for functional prototypes and end-use components in industries requiring strength and detail.

FDM 3D Printing

Functional Parts in Engineering Grade Thermoplastics

3D printing suitable for creating robust, functional parts. Durable ABS, PLA, PETG materials.

Fused Deposition Molding (FDM) 3D printing works well for creating functional prototypes at low-cost with a range of materials like ABS, PLA, and PETG. FDM offers good mechanical strength, but the surface finish can be rough, and the parts may have visible layer lines.

Rapid Prototyping through Cast Parts Silicone & Polyurethane

The urethane and silicone casting process produces highly detailed, production-like products, ideal for low to medium volume orders. It supports scalable production through multiple or multi-cavity molds, with a lead time of 7-10 days for first articles. This method is a cost-effective solution for rapid prototyping and bridge production without significant upfront investment.

The casting process is suitable for a range of end-use products, including medical devices, automotive parts, consumer electronics, military and science applications.
