Thermoplastics for Injection Molding:
We are able to produce aluminum and stainless steel molds for production, as well as machine parts and components with tight tolerances, quickly. At Mina Products, we machine all of our parts in-house and can complete custom jobs as well as full production orders.
Materials to CNC:
Urethane casting is a versatile method of producing high quality, precise, and consistent parts that accurately mimic injection molded counterparts. Cast urethane products are great for fit and function tests and can be delivered within weeks depending on the complexity.

Compression molding works well for producing complex products with features, such as holes, that would otherwise have to be manufactured post-mold. Compression molded parts have less fiber-length degradation than injection molding, and work well with rubber material (elastomers).
